Job Purpose
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Development & Construction Director will lead the development and delivery of the Company's residential projects in Marbella, overseeing the full project lifecycle from land acquisition support, feasibility, planning and design management through construction, handover and defect resolution.
The role is responsible for ensuring all developments are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while preserving the project's design vision and maximizing commercial value. Working closely with consultants, contractors, local authorities and internal stakeholders, the Director will drive successful project execution in accordance with the Compnay's luxury brand standard s.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development and delivery of all Marbella projects from inception through completion.
Manage project feasibility, development programmes and delivery strategies.
Coordinate planning submissions, permitting processes and regulatory approvals with local authorities.




Oversee project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved and risks are proactively managed.
Lead the design process from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
Manage architects, interior designers, landscape consultants and engineering consultants to ensure coordination across all disciplines.
Maintain the integrity of the approved design while ensuring projects remain commercially viable and buildable.
Review and approve design modifications, value engineering proposals and technical solutions.
Direct all construction activities through appointed Project Managers, Consultants and Main Contractors.
Monitor programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance throughout the construction phase.
Chair regular project progress meetings and oversee contractor performance.
Ensure timely testing, commissioning, snagging, handover and close-out of completed developments.
