About The German Market
Our Head of GTM Germany just launched REVER in the German market. You will tackle the exciting challenge of solving the massive €20B+ returns problem for e-commerce companies in Germany, where we see return rates of 40–60% in fashion and shoeware. For that we are seeking a super ambitious, smart and eager‑to‑learn graduate with sales experience who supports the Head of GTM as a right hand in launching the market. It’s a high impact, steep learning curve, full sales cycle environment. If the market gets going well, we will scale the team quickly.
You will

- Proactively research and target potential clients, including cold calling, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations.
- Build a playbook: improve sales messaging, prospecting and qualifying techniques.
- Work closely with the Head of GTM - be coached by a sales leader who has scaled startups before.
- Collaborate on product development to address market demands.
