What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS to join our team and drive the design, development, and evolution of modern cloud-native solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java microservices development, technical leadership experience, and a deep understanding of software architecture, API governance, testing strategies, and AWS cloud services.

Lead and mentor technical teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
Define software development standards, best practices, and REST API governance models.




Participate in architectural decision-making and technology strategy.
Establish and promote testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Perform code reviews and ensure software quality across development teams.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
