What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day execution of the Equity product, working across both equity data and equity services
- Drive delivery of a roadmap focused on AI, automation, scalability, and integral compliance
- Partner closely with engineering (distributed across EMEA and APAC) to ship high-impact features quickly
- Work cross-functionally with compliance, payroll, and compensation product teams to ensure seamless integration
- Define how Deel ingests and models equity data from external systems (e.g., stock administration platforms like Carta
