We are looking for an AI team member to support the global adoption of new AI solutions, tools, and technology‑enabled processes across the consulting business and central functions at Simon‑Kucher. Central functions include HR, Marketing, Legal, and IT.

This role will support firm‑wide change and communications activities, help drive AI skill building, operationally assist the global network of change champions, help measure adoption, impact, and value creation, and prepare reporting materials.
