Strategic Business Partnering & Coaching

- Acts as a daily coach and advisor to managers on all HR aspects, ensuring they effectively lead their teams.
- Contributes to site results by aligning HR strategy with business goals and participating in production planning (PDP).
- Leads reflections on organizational evolution, job grading, and structural changes.
Talent Management & Development

- Manages the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including campus management, employer branding, and onboarding.
- Identifies individual and collective training needs, manages budgets, and coordinates with internal/external learning stakeholders.
- Coordinates talent development tools, annual appraisals, and career pathing.
Employee Relations & Engagement

- Maintains healthy relations with unions and internal stakeholders, representing HR in site committees.
- Drives the "5 Axes" methodology and "V5000" assessments to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Leads the site communication plan, managing newsletters, flash news, and corporate cascading.
