Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager based in Spain to support the successful delivery of core insurance platform implementation projects for our clients in the region.

The role is part of the Customer Transformation Domain and reports to the Global Delivery Director. The Delivery Manager will work closely with the local client stakeholders, the Fadata delivery teams, and the assigned Project Manager to ensure strong execution, clear communication,



and hands-on delivery leadership.

Your responsibilities

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective project delivery, client coordination, and operational follow-through across the implementation lifecycle.

Main responsibilities include:
- Ensure close collaboration with our clients
- Work closely with the Fadata delivery teams, including the Project Manager, business analysts, technical teams, configuration teams, and other delivery stakeholders.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of core insurance platform implementation activities.
- Ensure clear communication between the client, local stakeholders, and Fadata’s central delivery organization.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, status reviews, and delivery governance forums.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations early, and drive resolution in collaboration with the Pro
