In this role, you will lead the day-to-day marketing activities for the CHIPS markets within the EMEA region, shaping campaigns and assets to fit diverse cultures and economies. You will work closely with dealers and the Field Sales Team to maximize impact and ROI. The role blends creative development with rigorous budget control and performance analysis. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, integral brand environment where localization and omnichannel strategies drive growth. This is an opportunity to influence Harley-Davidson’s market impact across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and surrounding markets.

• Develop and own marketing plans, campaigns, and localized assets across paid media, social, earned, and email
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing events for trade, community, and consumer audiences
