What you’ll achieve
Be the First Line of Defense
- You will lead all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment availability and operational reliability across the plant.

Solve What Others Can't
- You will independently diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges,



working side by side with technicians to restore performance and eliminate recurring issues.

Drive Operational Excellence
- You will own maintenance planning through CMMS systems, ensuring every intervention is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Champion Reliability
- You will identify equipment anomalies, transform data into actionable insights, and strengthen maintenance strategies through continuous improvement initiatives and reliability-focused methodologies.

Lead From the Front
- You will inspire, coach, and develop a skilled maintenance team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Shape the Future of Engineering

Industrial Engineering Backbone:
- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineerin
