Experteer Overview
In this role you integrate new data areas into the Celonis Process Mining platform and build ETL pipelines using Object-Centric Process Mining. You will develop analyses, identify process improvements, and deliver solutions in Celonis while collaborating with stakeholders to test and validate new developments. You’ll maintain ETL pipelines, create value-tracking dashboards, and train stakeholders, contributing to scalable, data-driven process improvements in a cross-functional team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and enhance OCPM ETL pipelines, views, action flows and other Celonis solutions (SAP data focus)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to test and validate new process mining developments
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines for data refresh consistency
• Propose and implement optimal technical designs to address defined use cases
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and root causes; present actionable solutions
• Develop value-tracking dashboards to measure impact of process improvements
• Train and enable stakeholders on Warehouse Management dashboards and maintain documentation
• Maintain deep expertise in process mining technologies and stay current with best practices




• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies
• Manage work packages independently and gather/document requirements and KPIs
• Participate in alignment calls and mentor other process mining developers
• Project management activities and knowledge transfer within BI
• Support and collaborate with Process Mining team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results

Responsabilidades
• 1+ years of experience developing Process Mining solutions using Celonis
• Experience developing OCPM ETL pipelines, perspectives, views and action flows
• Knowledge of SAP ERP data and business processes
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong analytical skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and team player
• Fluent in English
• German language skills (intermediate to advanced) could be an advantage
• Experience with SAP EWM data and processes could be an advantage
