In this role you will own the day-to-day operation of the enterprise Aruba LAN/WLAN estate, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. You will implement and continuously manage Aruba switching, controllers/APs, and ClearPass while guiding incident, problem, and change activities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable network and collaboration services, drive service improvements, and align spend with demand. A strong security posture, governance, and clear stakeholder reporting underpin this opportunity, with global collaboration across time zones.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Manage day-to-day operations of the Aruba LAN/WLAN estate (campus, branch, site) ensuring availability, performance, and security• Provide expert implementation and ongoing management for Aruba switching, wireless controllers/APs, ClearPass and related platforms• Lead incident, problem, and change activities for Network u0026 Collaboration services with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement• Support budget management for Network u0026 Collaboration services, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization• Maintain asset lifecycle visibility (switching, wireless, licenses) and align renewals with demand and standards• Coordinate with vendors and service partners to meet SLAs, escalate and restore services• Support commercial activities (quotes, renewals, true-ups)
