Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute regional field marketing programs and campaignsthat support pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Partner closely withSales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Eventsteams to align programs with target accounts, market priorities, and go-to-market goals.




Manageend-to-end delivery of field activitiessuch as webinars, events, executive programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
Owncampaignlogistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder coordinationto ensure smooth and effective execution.
Track andanalyseprogram performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Identifyopportunities tooptimizefield marketing plans, processes, and tacticsbased on performance data, sales feedback, and market insights.

Required Experience/Skills

3-5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign execution, ideally in a B2B environment.
Proven ability toplan and execute regional marketing programssuch as events, webinars, account-based activities, and customer engagement initiatives that support pipeline growth.
