We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team on large-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects based in Australia and New Zealand. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and infrastructure works, including site grading, earthworks, road construction, drainage systems, foundations, equipment plinths, cable trenches, and structural concrete works, ideally with experience in utility-scale Solar PV, BESS,



substations, or other large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on utility-scale Solar PV and BESS project sites.
Ensure civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable HSE requirements.
Review civil drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and construction procedures prior to execution.
Monitor and supervise site grading, earthworks, road construction, drainage systems, foundations, equipment plinths, cable trenches, fencing, and associated civil infrastructure.
Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, survey teams, consultants, client representatives, and other project disciplines.
Monitor construction progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain the project schedule.
