In this role you will drive regional FPu0026amp;A activities to strengthen financial visibility and support cross-functional decisions. You work closely with the EMEA Finance Director and regional teams to improve planning and performance management, while simplifying FPu0026amp;A processes. You shape forward-looking insights through robust modelling and standardized tools, enabling data-driven partnering with commercial teams. You will join a collaborative, growth-oriented culture at embecta with a strong focus on impact and continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Lead or support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management of EMEA commercial selling expenses• Monitor spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support actions to improve expense discipline and visibility• Support expense-related closing activities and controls in partnership with accounting and controlling teams• Drive selected finance projects that improve planning effectiveness, decision support, and business partnering quality• Simplify, standardize,
