Together, we are contributing to transform the Maritime Industry with AI technology and data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesLead customer onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment, and adoption projects.Coordinate terminal operators, IT teams, Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams.Manage project plans, timelines, risks, milestones, and customer communications.Support integrations with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), equipment systems, APIs, and data platforms.Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.Act as the main point of contact for customer issues, tickets, and service requests.Help customers maximize the value of NextPort solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Logistics, Maritime, IT, Business, or a related field.3+ yea
