What You'll Do
- Take overall responsibility for the administrative processes throughout our guests’ and patients’ stay.
- Provide operational and organizational leadership for the medical administrative departments, including Medical Pre-Planning, Guest Assistants, Medical Offices, and Medical Assistants.
- Ensure efficient workflows and outstanding service quality across all relevant touchpoints.
