and stakeholder inputs Monitor IBP AdherenceEvaluate and report on how effectively teams are applying the IBP frameworkIdentify gaps and recommend improvements in compliance and consistency Improve Forecast Accuracy & Process DisciplineMeasure forecast performance and drive improvementsEnhance planning tools, processes, and stakeholder engagementCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply ChainKey Requirements: IBP ExpertiseDeep understanding of monthly IBP cycles and process designExperience monitoring process adherence in complex organisations Demand Planning SystemsStrong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (preferred) or APO, Oracle Demantra, o9, or similar tools Data & Analytics SkillsAdvanced ExcelPower BI or TableauBasic SQL and statistical modelling Stakeholder CollaborationProven ability to influence and engage cross-functional teamsLength: 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)Location: Fully remote (must be based within Europe)Start: ASAPHow to Appl
