We are looking for a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the technical delivery of our Data Centre and large-scale industrial projects. The role
- Lead electrical technical design for all project stages (From Concept to Construction) including carrying out calculations, concept development, Project coordination, H&S; and Risk management and project delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals.
- Identify and specify appropriate electrical equipment and components to meet project objectives,
considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy, and system compatibility.
- Ensure full compliance with Spanish regulations.
- Produce official submissions for Spanish professional bodies (Colegio de Ingenieros) and local authorities.
- Manage project coordination, QA/QC procedures, and risk management.
- Mentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations.
What we need
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent.
- Must-Have: Deep knowledge of Spanish regulations (REBT/CTE…).
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferable with previous experience in Data Centre or mission critical Projects in Spain.
- Experience producing and delivering official submissions to “Colegio de Ingenieros” and local authorities.
- Solid experience on Large-Scale Industrial/Infrastructure projects. Experience in Data Centr
