In this role you will own the creative vision for a brand-new Merge 2 title, shaping its core loop, progression, and meta-game. You will guide the team from concept to soft launch and live operations, balancing economy mechanics and monetization to sustain long-term player engagement. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and art, driving cross-functional design initiatives in a fast-paced studio.
