Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead the Rail-focused civil infrastructure design and delivery within AECOM’s global EC team. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary groups, manage design from concept to handover, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will collaborate with EC offices on multicentre projects and drive risk mitigation and process improvements. This is an opportunity to shape high‑impact rail infrastructure while working in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.

• Lead design processes for Rail infrastructure from planning to closure
• Coordinate and mentor multidisciplinary design teams across offices
• Oversee design stages ensuring timelines and specs are met
• Monitor design progress, conduct reviews, and adjust as needed
• Identify and mitigate design-phase risks
• Maintain high design quality aligned with AECOM standards and client specs
• Manage design budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Document and report project status to internal teams and stakeholders
• Adapt to AECOM Project Delivery Procedures and standards
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• +10 years of experience in civil infrastructure PM/DM roles
• Extensive Rail-focused project experience
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• PMP certification would be an added advantage
• USA and Canada experience is a plus
