Experteer Overview
In this role you will translate customer demand into accurate production forecasts for Iberia, aligning with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to support efficient and sustainable operations. You will leverage data and market insights to drive forecast quality and balance of demand, production and stock at Iberian feed plants. You will lead the monthly demand planning cycle, engage stakeholders, and identify risks and improvement opportunities to shape supply decisions. This position offers international exposure within Nutreco and impact at a local scale, contributing to Feeding the Future.

• Build reliable demand forecasts by analyzing data, trends and business inputs
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to align on demand plans
• Incorporate seasonality, promotions, product launches and customer trends into forecasts
• Monitor KPI performance (forecast accuracy, bias) and drive improvements
• Lead the monthly demand planning process and align stakeholders
• Ensure balance between demand, production and stock levels for Iberia feed plants
• Identify risks and opportunities to inform business decisions
• Drive continuous improvement and propose new tools, methods and ways of working
• Participate in projects aimed at boosting forecasting capabilities and processes
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related data analysis field
• Experience in data analysis in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or similar
• English: basic to intermediate
• Ability to translate data insights into clear messages for stakeholders
• Strong skills in Power BI and Excel; experience with other data analysis tools
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, curiosity about business dynamics
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different teams
