Your focus will be in the areas of IT- and commercial law.You will represent the company towards external partners and government authorities and steer external law firms wherever needed.
In your role you will be functionally integrated into the Legal Region 2 team of Allianz Technology which consists of lawyers across several jurisdictions.What You DoProvide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff. Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch.Draft and negotiating IT contracts (e.g. software licenses, SaaS, outsourcing, technology partnership) and commercial services agreements both with third parties and intragroup.Supporting and ensuring compliance with applicable (regulatory) legislation relevant for our business such as NIS2, Dora, AI Act etc. Ensure implementation of internal governance policies and raise awareness of, and develop legal risk mitigation measures.Work with the integral Allianz Technology Legal community in developing and enhancing practices and proceduresWork in cross-functional teams as required and in line with evolving busi
