What you will do in this role

- Deliver on-site service via work orders: install, commission,maintain, and repair customer equipment
- Provide remote technical support and manage complex escalations, including L1 analysis and advanced troubleshooting
- Handle multiple escalations in parallel, meeting SLA targets and minimizing upward escalation
- Document service activities, produce technical reports,
and train customers on operation and basic maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate service delivery in English (additionallanguages a plus)
- Demonstrate flexibility to travel extensively across Spain, Portugal, and France for field work (expenses covered), as well as to any other European country as required by business needs.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; solid knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
