In this role you will oversee end-to-end logistics performance for a designated flow in Italy, driving carrier performance and cost/lead-time improvements. You will coordinate with procurement, finance and strategy to optimize capacity and align on forward-thinking approaches. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to enhance operational intelligence and ensure quality in delivery. You will design and implement procedures and systems to improve end-to-end performance for merchants and customers. This position offers impact through shaping logistics solutions and collaborating with a global team.

• Manage end-to-end logistics performance for a designated operating flow from paid order to final delivery
• Coordinate capacity allocation and partner with procurement, finance and strategy to reduce cost and lead time




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to aggregate data and improve operational intelligence
• Identify pain points, propose optimal solutions to meet KPIs, and build procedures for better E2E performance
• Develop and implement solutions including internal system features, supplier platforms, driver apps, shipment tracking software, consolidation network design and warehouse management systems
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, write business recommendations, and ensure launched solutions meet quality standards

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years in UK/EU e-commerce xqbhyrx warehousing and fulfillment
• Familiar with FM consolidation, MM and LM or E2E Warehouse Operations
• Experience driving system changes and allocation models; building from scratch is a bonus
• Data-oriented with experience creating planning models; SQL or Python preferred
• Ability to write comprehensive document
