This is a hands-on QA role, embedded directly into the squad, focusing on shift-left quality, automation, and AI-enhanced testing practices.If you enjoy being the quality voice in an autonomous team, use AI to accelerate your workflow, and want real ownership over how quality is done, this will be a strong match.What You’ll DoLead quality strategy within your squad—define test scope, approach, and risk modelsUse data/metrics to drive quality decisions and identify risk earlyWork closely with Product & Engineering from the very start of the lifecycleOwn and maintain automated tests (Playwright, API, integration)Strengthen the team’s shift-left mindsetContribute to non-functional testing: performance, resilience, security, accessibilityDrive improvements across test coverage, tooling, and quality debtUse AI tools to speed up test creation, analysis, debugging,
