We're looking for a General Manager to lead daily operations — and who is, first, gentle. Gentle with the animals on the grounds, gentle with the plants and gardens, gentle with guests and staff alike.

Role Description




This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Tresgrandas, Spain. The General Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure the sanctuary’s standards of excellence in hospitality and wellbeing are maintained. Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing operational plans, optimizing guest experiences, monitoring budgets, and fostering sustainable practices. The role also involves creating an atmosphere of calm and professionalism while ensuring guests' unique needs are respected and fulfilled.

Overseeing day-to-day operations across the property — guest experience, housekeeping, Flor de Loto (our restaurant), and Sacred Paths (our wellbeing space). Managing and mentoring a small team. Keeping the grounds, gardens, and animals cared for with real attention, not just upkeep. Handling budgets, vendors, and supplier relationships. Making sure the sanctuary's pace — no bells, no rush — comes through in how it's run, not just how it's mark
