The Role

As our CS E-Invoicing Expert at fiskaly,



you'll be the go-to authority on e-invoicing across all of our markets. You'll lead and support customer-facing pre-sales conversations with deep subject-matter expertise, enable and train the internal CS team, and turn fast-moving regulatory complexity into clear, usable knowledge.

You operate comfortably across breadth and depth — fluent in the differences between Peppol, EN16931, and country-specific mandates, while staying close enough to each market to know what actually trips customers up at go-live. You're also genuinely AI-native: you use AI tools daily to research, draft, and produce content, and you critically validate what they give you rather than taking output at face value. You'll act as a bridge between Sales, CS, and our customers in a highly regulated environment where staying current is the job.
