In this role you will support and optimize regional supply planning to align demand forecasts with supply capabilities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory efficiency and smooth material flow, contributing to regional Su0026amp;OP processes and continuous improvement. You will work with data to identify constraints and propose actionable solutions that improve service levels and inventory performance. This position offers general exposure in a diverse, inclusive environment and a path to growth within Henkel.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts• Execute mid- and long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region• Monitor supply network constraints and under-utilization; provide data-driven recommendations to the SC team• Review inventory policies, track slow-movers,
