About the Company

This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused legal team working closely with People & Culture, senior leadership and operational stakeholders across Europe and beyond.

The Role
The Senior Legal Counsel will provide high-quality legal support, with a particular focus on European employment issues.

The role will be based in Barcelona and will suit a Spanish-qualified lawyer with strong technical employment law expertise, excellent judgement and the ability to work confidently in both Spanish and English.

This is a hands‑on advisory role requiring clear written communication, commercial pragmatism and the ability to manage employment law matters across different jurisdictions.





Experience advising on employment law issues across Europe, including France, Spain, Germany, the UK and the Baltic states, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Advising on a broad range of employment and labour law matters, including employee relations, workplace policies, disciplinary matters, terminations, restructures, employment contracts and internal investigations.
- Providing practical legal support to the People & Culture team and business stakeholders across Spain and other European jurisdictions.
- Supporting cross‑border employment law projects, including policy harmonisation, workforce changes and compliance initiatives.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment‑related documentation, including contracts, settlement agreements, policies, correspondence and internal guidance.
