The Compensation & Benefit Senior Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of reward programmes and processes across the organisation, with a strong focus on system-driven compensation management. The position plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of compensation cycles and reward initiatives, leveraging Workday (Advanced Compensation) to drive accuracy, efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Compensation cycles
- Support the execution of the annual merit review and bonus cycles, including system setup, coordination and query resolution
- Act as a key point of contact for HRBPs and managers during compensation cycles, providing guidance on tools and processes
- Workday Advanced Compensation
- Actively contribute to the configuration and maintenance of Workday Advanced Compensation , ensuring processes are correctly built, tested and deployed
- Maintain and monitor compensation processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity and a high-quality user experience
- Rewards Projects
- Support the design, implementation and management of incentive schemes across different employee populations (e.g. corporate, hotel-based, and function-specific roles), ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities
- Prepare compensation analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Support benchmarking activities using market data and survey tools
- Contribute to reward-related projects including job architecture, pay transparency initiatives and process improvements.
- Help improving and automating reward processes, with a focus on system optimization.
Communications & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with People & Culture,Finance and Business Leaders, acting as a subject-matter expert on all reward-related matters.
