Augusta Life Sciences is pleased to offer a great opportunity for a driven and goal-focused Account Manager to join our sales team. You will build and sustain relationships with clients in a designated area, supporting our mission to provide top‑tier solutions in the life sciences field (Flow Cytometry). This role is vital as you will play a key part in grasping client needs, promoting our innovative services, and ensuring client happiness and dedication.
Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of Augusta Life Sciences' services to clients.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive prospecting efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to improve profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams (science, operations, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery and client happiness.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network with professionals and represent Augusta Life Sciences.
About You

- Bachelor's degree in a life science field (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or equivalent experience.
- Proven professional background as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a related role, ideally in the life sciences or laboratory field. Experience with Flow Cytometry is a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Location: Valencia or Sevilla.
