Your role as a Site Operations Manager

At our new automated cold store in Noblejas, you will lead end-to-end site operations—managing inbound and outbound flows, customer service, transport coordination,



and workforce planning. As Site Operations Manager, you will build and guide a high-performance team while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every day. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues across our global network and play a key role in launching and shaping NewCold's first site in Spain.

What will you do?

- Operational Leadership - lead daily site operations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, performance targets, and compliance standards.
- Operational Planning - drive medium- and long-term planning, including volume forecasting, labor modelling, automation readiness, and contingency planning.
- Budget Ownership - manage the site's operational budget, analyze variances, and deliver clear, data-driven recovery actions.
- Performance & Efficiency - achieve KPIs, SLAs, and cost targets. Identify performance gaps and implement focused improvement actions.
