About the role
Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Clinical Lead to help drive our Scientific function from our Austin or Barcelona hubs.
Reporting directly to our Chief Scientific Officer, this person will play a critical role in shaping how Aika is validated, communicated, and delivered to the market: mentoring a team of clinical specialists and acting as a senior scientific voice both internally and externally.
At Biorce, our Scientific team is organised across three verticals: Products (partnering with engineering and product to validate and shape what Aika does), Scientific Solutions (leading scientific support for our commercial team across demos, onboarding, and client success), and Scientific Communications (driving our scientific narrative through articles, publications, and peer‑reviewed work). During the interview process, we’ll explore your experience and leadership style together to identify the vertical where you’ll have the greatest impact.
