The Role The Head of Aftersales owns our global aftersales strategy and organization from Barcelona, leading a team of 20+ people across Barcelona, North America, and Australia. Aftersales Service, Aftersales Parts, and Aftersales Technical report directly into this role, and the mandate is simple: build the best aftersales operation in the industry, not just among automotive peers.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set strategy and still get into the detail hen it matters, turning that strategy into standards and tools that regional teams, starting with North America and Australia, execute against.
