We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Presales Consultant who can speak Spanish and has a good understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). English is also important to engage with our providers and Centers of Excellence. This position is to work for ALSO, a leading company in the IT world.
What You'll Do
- Chat with potential resellers to figure out what they need and how we can help.
- Actively participate in recruiting new resellers.
- Use technical skills to support the sales team and help close deals.
- Demonstrate products with demos and presentations.
- Work with the sales team to create custom proposals and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with products and services to explain them to customers.
- Prepare technical documents and proposals.
- Stay on top of industry trends and technology to provide the best advice to clients.
- Work closely with Spanish resellers to ensure their needs are met.
What You Need
- Fluent in Spanish
- Medium level of English
- Solid knowledge of IaaS solutions
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
- Technical background with presales experience or similar
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch service
