The RoleWe are looking for a SIM Engineer Level I with hands‑on experience in SIM and eSIM technologies. You will join a dynamic SIM Engineering team and play a key role in delivering Cubic³ solutions within the evolving SIM/eSIM Remote SIM Provisioning technology domain. The SIM Engineer Level I will contribute to building advanced connectivity solutions, managing SIM/eSIM card logistics and fulfilment, and providing technical support to our general customers. You will work directly with the latest developments in eSIM and emerging connectivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, validate, and maintain electrical and logical profiles for SIM and eSIM products
- Develop and implement Java Card applets for SIM/eSIM services, ensuring compliance with 3GPP, ETSI, and GSMA standards
- Create and update technical documentation (e.g., applet specifications, test plans)
