About the Opportunity:
We are supporting a general healthcare organization undergoing a large-scale business transformation and system separation programme across Europe.
As part of an established EMEA Data Operations team, the Data Operations Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of critical business data during a major ERP and workflow transformation initiative. This position offers exposure to master data management, testing, user access governance, documentation control, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration within a highly regulated environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in data operations, master data, ERP systems, testing,



or supply chain processes who enjoy working in a structured, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing & Validation
- Execute functional, user acceptance (UAT), and business process testing activities.
- Validate workflow processes, system configurations, and business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Ensure full traceability between requirements, test scenarios, and outcomes.

Master Data & Process Validation
- Support testing and validation of material and pricing data processes.
- Analyze data issues and perform root cause investigations.
- Work with technical and business teams to resolve data-related defects.

User Access & Data Governance
- Support user access reviews, validation exercises, and access clean-up activities.
- Analyze user access data to identify inconsistencies, duplication, or compliance risks.
- Maintain audit-ready records and progress trackers.
