Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a real impact at scale.Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in large-scale or multi-team agile environments.Background in IoT, connectivity, or connected devices ecosystems.Experience with Release Train Engineering (SAFe RTE) or Programme Increment (PI) planningHands-on experience facilitating Scrum of Scrums ceremonies and cross-team coordination.Solid understanding of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or equivalent).Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, impediments, and delivery risks.Experience working in complex programmes with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Excellent facilitation, communication,
