& is actively looking for experienced real estate agents who speak French, Dutch, German, or Swiss‑German natively. If you are already living on the Costa Blanca and have real estate experience, this post is written for you.
We are not looking for someone to train from scratch. We need proven closers who know the market, know the buyer, and are ready to hit the ground running.

This role is exclusively for candidates who:

- Are already living on the Costa Blanca
- Have a minimum of 1 year of proven real estate experience - new build experience is a strong advantage
- Speak fluent English plus one of the following natively: French, Dutch, German, or Swiss‑German
- Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle
- Are registered as autónomo or willing to work on a self‑employed basis

Our in‑house telemarketing team, dedicated back‑office, and heavy marketing investment mean our agents spend their time doing one thing - closing deals with buyers who are already interested and ready to move.
What we offer
