Experteer Overview
In this role you will build scalable infrastructure to support rapid market entry and 10x growth. You will join the Site Reliability team to deliver IaC and CI/CD across multi-cloud and on-prem environments, shaping reliable, high-availability systems. You will design disaster recovery and self-service capabilities to keep mission-critical services resilient. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity at a fast-growing fintech focused on transforming financial experiences for millions of users.

• Build infrastructure and processes enabling market expansion and scale
• Deliver provisioning (IaC) and CI/CD solutions across multi-cloud and on-prem environments
• Architect multi-cloud regional failover and disaster recovery planning
• Design bespoke third-party connectivity for high-volume integrations
• Create and maintain security-related infrastructure,



automate patching, and support audit readiness
• Implement robust managed services (Postgres, Redis) across cloud and hybrid footprints

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on software engineering experience with backend development
• Experience with Linux, Docker, and cloud providers (GCP and AWS)
• Experience with distributed systems including scaling, fault-tolerance, load-balancing, networking, and security
• Knowledge of continuous delivery systems (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity)
• Familiarity with configuration management and deployment tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL)
• Experience with continuous delivery using Kubernetes
