Experteer Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end HR transformation programs within a global footprint, shaping how HR operates across COEs and ensuring delivery aligned with strategic goals. You’ll work with the HR PMO and senior leaders to manage complex initiatives, balance scope, schedule, and budget, and deliver measurable business value. You’ll lead change, instill best practices, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the HR PMO. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role within a world-class agribusiness.

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of 7–10 large HR transformation projects and programs
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across HR COEs, IT, Finance, Legal and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement risk, issue, and dependency management strategies
• Establish governance, maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; report to leadership
• Contribute to strategic evolution of the HR PMO; mentor junior PMs or coordinators
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Partner with change management and communications to drive adoption




• Support portfolio prioritization and resource allocation across HR initiatives
• Navigate ambiguity and drive complex problem solving to keep projects on track
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, financial health, and outcomes

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with HR transformation focus
• Proven experience leading global projects and teams
• Executive stakeholder management experience (HRLT and global Directors)
• Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities; portfolio management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; tailored messaging for executives
• Ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams
• PMP or CAPM certification required; PgMP or SAFe is a plus
• Advanced proficiency with project/portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, SmartSheet, Monday.com, Planview)
• Experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR technology
• English proficiency at C2 level; additional languages a plus
