The successful candidate will play a key role in creating an engaging library environment, delivering a high-quality ECA programme, and ensuring that the school maintains a safe, compliant and positive learning and working environment for students,



staff and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesLibrary- Manage the daily operation of the school library.- Develop the library as a welcoming and engaging learning hub at the heart of the school.- Promote reading and literacy initiatives across all age groups.- Organise library resources and maintain accurate records.- Support students and staff in accessing learning resources.Extra-Curricular Activities- Coordinate and oversee the school's ECA programme.- Liaise with staff and external providers to ensure a broad range of high-quality activities.- Manage ECA administration, scheduling and communication with families.- Monitor participation and contribute ideas for new activities.- Ensure appropriate safeguarding, supervision and risk management arrangements are in place for all activities.Health & Safety Coordinator- Lead and coordinate the school's Health and Safety programme, fostering a proactive culture of safety and wellbeing across the school community.- Ensure the school operates in compliance with applicable Spanish Health and Safety legislation and best practice, working closely with the Headtea
