What you'll be doing:
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing and scope definition through to delivery, adoption, and benefits tracking, taking ownership where accountability does not sit clearly within one function.
- Convert ambiguous priorities into structured delivery plans with clear milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and decisions, bringing structure without adding bureaucracy.
- Partner with the Business Architect and Head of Automation to translate target operating model, capability, and process designs into practical delivery.
- Enable process reengineering and operating model change by working with functional owners and Business/Process Specialists to simplify, standardise, and reengineer end-to-end processes as part of the initiatives you lead.
- Embed AI-enabled ways of working by partnering with the AI enablement team to identify and deliver AI-augmented process, workflow, and decision-making improvements within your initiatives.
- Manage adoption and people impact by owning resistance management, engagement, and behavioural adoption in partnership with the Change Manager and business leaders.
- Support the build-out of Transformation Office foundations, including portfolio visibility, prioritisation cadence, delivery standards, governance rhythm, and executive-level reporting.
