The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing Sesame’s global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role will be pivotal in positioning Sesame as a market leader in the HR tech space, with a focus on expanding into new international markets, particularly in regions such as Latin America and beyond. The CMO will lead a diverse marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and ensure alignment with business goals while driving measurable growth.
Key Qualifications
10+ years of marketing experience,
with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS company (preferably HR tech or B2B).Proven track record of driving significant growth in international markets.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, demand generation, and customer acquisition.Experience leading brand positioning initiatives and establishing thought leadership in a competitive market.Demonstrated success in managing and scaling marketing teams in a high-growth environment.Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on analytics and performance metrics.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Fluent in English; additional language proficiency, particularly in Spanish or Portuguese, is a plus.Experience in expanding into Latin American markets (particularly Brazil) is highly desirable.
