About the Role
At SharkNinja, innovation moves fast and so do we. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to help drive the delivery of Ninja Kitchen’s influencer strategy across always‑on and campaign activity in the Spanish market. This role is adecuado for someone who already understands the influencer ecosystem and is ready to take ownership of programmes, relationships, and processes.
You will manage influencer activity end to end, from scouting and contracting through to execution and reporting, while playing a key role in shaping how Ninja shows up in culture across Spain. If you are commercially minded, highly organised, and confident working with creators, this is a chance to step up within a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities

- Influencer Scouting & Talent Mapping: Proactively identify, assess, and recommend creators across platforms in Spain,
building a strong and diverse talent pipeline
- Negotiation & Contracting: Lead fee negotiations, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines, working closely with Legal and Procurement where required
- Influencer Seeding & Gifting: Own proactive and reactive seeding and gifting programmes, ensuring product is placed with the right creators at the right moments
- Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with creators and their agents, acting as a trusted brand partner
- Content & Quality Control: Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines while maintaining creator authenticity
- Reporting & Performance: Analyse influencer performance, surface insights, and make data‑led recommendations to optimise future activity
