Experteer Overview
In this role you will partner with leadership to set a data-driven People Agenda aligned with business goals, coach managers, and drive development and retention of talent. You’ll advise C-level and senior leaders on people strategies, support employee engagement, and translate HR programs into actionable plans. You’ll work with a dynamic HR team across locations to enable business success and foster a high-performing organization.

• Build and maintain partnerships with the leadership team to create a business- and data-driven People Agenda
• Advise leaders on growth strategies to retain high-potential employees and address underperformance
• Monitor progress against the People Agenda and adjust as needed
• Facilitate employee engagement action planning with business leaders
• Develop understanding of key talent and ensure development plans are in place
• Identify talent development needs and partner with Talent team to close gaps




• Translate and implement HR programs; educate leaders and manage communications and timelines
• Partner with leaders and employees to resolve complex employee relations issues

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Management
• 7-10 years of HR experience in an international company
• At least 4 years as HR Business Partner
• Experience partnering with C-Level stakeholders and leading cross-location teams
• Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
• Independent, structured, and agile thinking
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Proven coaching, training, and advisory capabilities across multiple levels
• Solid judgment, critical thinking, and integrity
