You:
- Turn distributors into long‑term strategic partners
- Identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing markets
- Build and execute Direct‑to‑Retail (DTR) strategies
- Lead commercial conversations with (potential) major international retail accounts
- Represent us at international trade shows and key industry events
- Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
You will report to the International Sales Director and work cross‑functionally with Brand, Product and Operations.

- Develop joint business plans with key distributors
- Expand distribution, increase sell‑through, and grow market share
- Identify new channels, categories, and retail opportunities
- Lead negotiations with distributors and retail partners
- Manage agents and align them with strategic goals
