As Industrial Planner u0026amp; Trade Compliance Officer at Thales, you will steer production planning and compliance workflows to ensure efficient, compliant export activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage customs, licensing, and Intrastat processes while optimizing documentation and automation. You’ll operate within a highly regulated environment, upholding defense and dual-use export controls. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Plan and coordinate industrial production and maintenance strategies
• Manage and execute customs procedures for product dispatch
• Handle export licensing requests and tariff classification of materials
• Liaise with tax authorities regarding Intrastat filings and other compliance matters
• Prepare certificates of origin and export control documentation (EUC, CUD, CII, DUD)
• Ensure compliance with export of defense and dual-use materials legislation




• Drive process automation and continuous improvement in planning and trade compliance workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and logistics operations

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, trade compliance, import/export control and customs procedures
• Knowledge of customs processing, export licensing, tariff classification and Intrastat management
• Experience with export control legislation for defense and dual-use goods
• Experience with documentation management for export control licenses (EUC, CUD, CII, DUD)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and process automation
• Planning and strategy development in production and maintenance environments
