In this Finance Lead role within the Marketplace Experience team, you own the end-to-end Pu0026amp;L and forecasting for support operations across markets. You design analytical models and dashboards that empower leadership to allocate cost, capacity, and investment. You partner with Service Delivery Leads, country operations, and HQ FPu0026amp;A to drive financial discipline and strategic initiatives. Your work directly shapes operational decisions and efficiency. This role combines ownership, problem framing, and tools development to elevate the finance function.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end financial reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations
• Define and drive the analytical agenda on key cost drivers and unit economics
• Design and maintain financial toolkit (models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks)
• Partner with Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026A to influence decisions
• Lead deep-dives on variances to size impact and drive corrective actions
• Own finance workstream on strategic programs (cost reduction, BPO efficiency,



capacity/investment decisions)
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate team analysis standards
• Set financial discipline and standards across the finance and operations community

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with Pu0026L ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Hands-on Pu0026L ownership and advanced financial modelling
• Strong analytical judgment to structure ambiguous problems and identify levers
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
• Strategic ownership from framing to execution and business case development
• Autonomous, hands-on approach to building tools and processes
• Excellent English communication skills
• Advanced Excel and SQL and/or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
