In this role you will coordinate packaging artwork projects for a integral beverage brand, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from briefing to final artwork approval. You will act as the bridge between marketing, studios and production partners to drive consistency and operational excellence across a diverse packaging portfolio. You’ll manage artwork workflows, supervise quality control, and support the onboarding of new team members, while championing brand guidelines. studios and supply chain as a trusted advisor• Manage daily on-site relationship with the relevant marketing team and support departmentsResponsabilidades• 3–4 years experience in graphic arts, project management, artwork coordination, or related role in packaging/print production• Strong technical knowledge of graphic chain, packaging artwork, reprography, and printing processes (offset, dry offset, flexo, rotogravure)• Experience in cross-functional teamwork and managing packaging artwork projects end-to-end• Collaborative, proactive problem-solver with agile xqbhyrx and independent work style• Attention to detail and ability to approve artwork files for accuracy• Organized with customer service focus• English and Spanish proficiency• Experience in complex FMCG environments (beverage or multi-market packaging)• Ability to work autonomouslyRequisitos principales• Permanent contract• Hybrid work arrangement (2 days office, 3 days home)• On-site role at Client HQ Campo de las Naciones• Travel up to twice a year• Exposure to multi-market beverage packaging• Professional development opportunities
